We are inviting you to pause and reflect in the balancing energy of nature and in the simplicity of human movement, just step by step. Inspired by the common intention to contribute to more peaceful and joyful lives, we are organising a three days walking retreat in October.
From Namur to Leffe (Dinant), we will walk on the symbolic path towards Santiago di Compostella, the one that thousands of pilgrims have walked over for many centuries.
Learn mindfulness practice at home through Anne Lemaire's eight-week online MBSR training programme. The programme consists of eight 90-minute sessions online, so is easy to fit into your life, no matter where you are - or how busy!

Mindfulness and MBSR?
Thirty four years ago Jon Kabat-Zinn developed the MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) program. He defines mindfulness as "paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and nonjudgmentally."
Boyatzis and McKee bring it down to three key words: Aware, Awake and Attentive. Put simply, it means ‘being fully present’.
What are the benefits?
For the last 20 years, an impressive number of quantitative studies have measured the physiological and psychological benefits of mindfulness.
The physiological benefits of reduced stress include decreased blood pressure, stronger immune system, better sleeping, and reduction in levels of stress; the psychological benefits include increased concentration and attention span, increased self-awareness and awareness of others, increased interpersonal sensitivity, enhanced communication skills.
